The address is Taito-ku Ueno 3-chome, not Chiyoda-ku Sotokanda: this is the north-east edge of the Akihabara area, between Suehirocho on the Ginza line and JR Okachimachi, a block or two south-west of the keyboard shop Yushakobo, on the ground floor of Town Heights Ueno.
