Opens 11:00 on weekdays and 10:00 at weekends and holidays, the same as Hobby Square on the same 8F. Occasional whole-day closures for staff training or renovation are posted as '8F Volks' notices on the Radio Kaikan site

How to find it

The whole 8F of Radio Kaikan is Volks: step off the elevator and Doll Point (dolls) is on one side, Hobby Square (model kits) on the other. For dolls, head towards the Dollfie showcases and photo booths.

Tips

  • Volks' official Dollfie Dream flagship: the 'DD Dream Choice' service lets you combine head, body, wig and eyes and take the finished doll home the same day.
  • A self-care desk (free tools for fitting parts and grooming wigs), photo spaces and the DD Museum display mean you can look around without buying.
  • There are Akihabara-only limited items you will not find in the online store.
  • It is a different shop from Volks Akihabara Hobby Tengoku 2 at Sotokanda 4-2-10.
