The 6F-7F event halls run on event-specific dates and hours (2026 pop-ups are mostly weekdays 11:00-19:00, weekends and holidays 10:00-19:00). The free 4F photo space runs daily 12:00-18:00 and pauses during events.

How to find it

East sidewalk of Chuo-dori. Cross the intersection where Bic Camera AKIBA faces you, pass Bic Camera, and the seven-floor building with the gold facade is right there; Trader Akihabara's main store is the next door north, with animate 1st Building and Don Quijote further on. Enter at the 1F front and take the elevator or stairs.

Tips

• An official Volks tax-free store (resumed November 2022); it is for short-term visitors, so bring your passport.
• Pop-up shops and cast events on 6F-7F run on event-specific dates and hours and may cap entry when crowded; check the official X account or SR News blog first.
• This is the only Volks store that carries TCG: singles and card supplies are on 5F, and the used buy-back counter for figures and TCG is on the same floor.
• Dollfie Dream and Super Dollfie are not sold here; go to Doll Point Akihabara / Hobby Square Akihabara on Radio Kaikan 8F.
