How to find it
Two minutes from the JR Akihabara Electric Town exit, walking west along the elevated railway. The three-storey Trader Store 2 building is entirely the shop, with the 1F entrance opening straight onto the street.
Tips
- Only 1F is all-ages; 2F is the adult floor and is off-limits under 18, so with family in tow stay downstairs.
- Buyback is taken only on 3F, and Japanese secondhand-dealer law requires photo ID such as a passport.
- Besides cash they take credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners, UnionPay), transit IC cards, iD, PayPay, WeChat Pay and Alipay.
- The much larger main store is a separate building at 4-2-1 on the Chuo-dori side; do not confuse the two.
