How to find it
Seven minutes from the JR Akihabara Electric Town Exit, a street-level unit on the ground floor of the Nippo Akiba Kan building (labelled Ishii Building or Machida Building on some maps) on the back street west of Chuo-dori. Toreca Jumbo's main store and every Toreca share the same 3-9-10 address, and Otachu's 5th store is in the basement opposite.
Tips
- It is an oripa (random pack) vending-machine shop - no singles counter and no buyback.
- New machines and line-up changes are announced on the shop's X account (@TorecaSH).
- There is no official website and no published everyday hours. Japanese directories list it as open 24 hours, but the shop's own X has announced machines opening at 12:00 and 13:00 and said the unit stays shut until then.
- Other card shops sit at the same address, so check the signage before you walk in.
