10:00-20:00 every day, weekends and public holidays included. During exhibition changeovers the EVENT zone alone closes or the whole store shuts for the day (29 Jan, 26 Mar, 9 Jul 2026), and it closed for several days around TAMASHII NATION in November (4-18 Nov 2025). The last business day of most months closes at 18:00; 31 Dec and 1 Jan are closed and 2-3 Jan end at 17:00. Check the official business calendar and X (@tamashii_tnt) before visiting

How to find it

Leave JR Akihabara's Electric Town exit and turn right (north) along the walkway under the elevated tracks. Within a minute the entrance is on your right, in the former Gundam Cafe space, marked with a TAMASHII NATIONS STORE TOKYO sign.

Tips

• Photos and video of the displays alone are allowed; tripods, selfie sticks, livestreaming inside, and filming other customers are not
• Store exclusives carry per-person purchase limits; when crowded, entry may switch to numbered tickets or reservations. Overnight queuing is prohibited
• Pays with cash, credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, etc.), Suica and other e-money, and code payments such as PayPay, AliPay+ and WeChat Pay
• Products are for ages 15+ (under-15s may enter with a guardian but cannot buy). No cloakroom and no customer restroom. Tax-free status is not stated officially, so ask at the register
