How to find it

Two to three minutes from Ginza-line Suehirocho station and seven from JR Akihabara. One street west of Chuo-dori, on the ground floor of the nine-storey Le Plateau Kyowa (ル・プラトー協和), with Akihabara Gachapon Kaikan right next door to the east. A blue 駿河屋 sign shows from the street and the buying counter is straight through the door.

Tips

  • This is a buying counter, not a shop: there is nothing to browse. To buy, go to Surugaya's Akihabara Main Store or Ekimae store instead.
  • The other Surugaya branches in Akihabara only buy what they themselves stock, but this counter takes every genre, so a mixed load is fastest here.
  • Selling needs a member card and photo ID every time. Items without a barcode or tag may be valued as a lot, so hand in anything valuable separately.
  • Call ahead if you are bringing more than three cardboard boxes. The 'anshin' online pre-quote service and the 'Sumatoku' fast-appraisal service are both accepted here.
  • The official page still says the Trading Card & Board Game store is on 2F of the same building; it closed on 2026-08-30, and Surugaya Akihabara Game Store reopens in that space on 2026-09-25.
