The shop is closed until it reopens on Friday 2026-09-25. These hours and the open-every-day line are the ones the official store list and the 2026-08-17 relocation notice give for the Game Store at its former address, and may change at the new site; the trading-card store that held this floor ran 11:00-21:00 Mon-Thu and 9:00-21:00 Fri-Sun and holidays.

How to find it
From Ginza-line Suehirocho exit 3, walk about 90 m south along the west sidewalk of Chuo-dori and turn right into the first one-way side street. Pass Gachapon Kaikan on the left; the shop is in the next building west, the nine-story Le Plateau Kyowa (ル・プラトー協和). Its ground floor is the Surugaya Akihabara Buyback Center, so a blue 駿河屋 sign shows from the street; the shop is one flight up on 2F.
Tips
- The shop reopens on Friday 2026-09-25; before that the door is shut, and the old site at Sotokanda 3-9-8, Toyo Building 1F closed on 30 August.
- From the reopening the range adds game CDs, game-related books, amiibo cards and game figures and plush.
- For trading cards go to Surugaya's Main Store instead: the 1F card floor that takes over the closed card and board-game shop opens on 2026-09-14, and the Main Store's 1F is shut for the work from 09-07 to 09-13.
- Retro PC games are handled but Windows PC games are not. Buyback here covers game software, retro PC games, arcade PCBs, game magazines and strategy guides; other genres go to the Surugaya Akihabara Buyback Center on the ground floor of the same building (all genres, 10:00-21:00). Selling needs a member card and photo ID every time.
