The official store page gives 11:00 on weekdays and 10:00 on weekends and public holidays. Some Japanese directories still list 10:00-21:00 every day, so do not arrive early on a weekday.

How to find it
Three minutes south along Chuo-dori from Ginza-line Suehirocho exit 1, or six minutes from JR Akihabara's Electric Town Exit. The whole of the narrow four-story KHK Building on the east sidewalk of Chuo-dori is the shop, marked by the blue 駿河屋 sign; Liberty Store 5 occupies the ground floor of the nine-story building right next door to the south.
Tips
- The range is model trains, minicars and tokusatsu toys, so for anime character goods or doujinshi go to Surugaya's Main Store or Ekimae store instead.
- The store's X account announced elevator work from 12 to 16 September 2026, with the elevator out of service all day; use the stairs up to 4F during that period.
- Buyback here covers only N-gauge, minicars, figures, trading figures, tokusatsu toys, shokugan and tokusatsu DVD/Blu-ray. Other genres go to the Surugaya Akihabara Buyback Center, which takes all genres; selling needs a member card and photo ID every time.
- Refurbished used railway models certified by the model-train maker Katsumi are sold here as a regular line.
- Free Wi-Fi in store, and the O2O service lets you get an online 'anshin' quote first and bring the items straight to this counter.
