How to find it

Third floor of AKIBA Cultures Zone, the building next to Kotobukiya Akihabara. Take the lift or stairs past Lashinbang on 1F-2F; most of 3F is Havikoro Toy's counters, and this is the section lined with railway-model cases.

Tips

  • The only railway- and scale-model specialist in AKIBA Cultures Zone; the neighbouring counters on the same floor sell character goods instead.
  • N gauge is the main line, with HO gauge and B-Train Shorty as well; scale models run to aircraft, tank and warship kits plus minicar trading figures.
  • All of 3F shuts at 20:30, unlike @home cafe on 5F which runs to 22:00.
  • It is a serious buyback shop: the in-store buying counter takes items 11:00-19:45 and the price list is posted by part number on the official blog (scaleton.livedoor.blog).
