How to find it

From the JR Akihabara Electric Town exit walk to Chuo-dori and go north about 3 minutes; the eight-storey Hiraoka Building faces the west sidewalk. Look for the SOFMAP logo between Silk Hat (ex-GiGO 1) to the south and the HEY arcade to the north, enter via the 1F figure floor and take the elevator up.

• Tax-free is handled at any register on any floor, with no separate counter; bring your passport.
• Game software buyback is at the 3F counter; same-day payment is accepted until 2 hours before closing, earlier when busy.
• 7F STELLAMAP Cafe has 40 non-smoking seats and free Wi-Fi; the collab changes often, so check the official site for the current run and how to get in.
