How to find it
Three minutes from JR Akihabara's Electric Town Exit, walking towards Ochanomizu. It takes the whole of 1F-3F of the Rocket Amateur Radio Honkan building, on the block between Mulan AKIBA under the JR viaduct and the Tokyo Leisure Land arcade.
Tips
