11:00-19:00 is the time the operator Palette Group published for the whole 5F Toreca Mall floor, and the shop's own X posts confirm an 11:00 weekday opening. Some booths on the same floor open at 12:00 instead, so check X (@Quest_TCG_AKIBA) before going.

How to find it

One to two minutes south of the JR Electric Town Exit along Chuo-dori, in the blue building on the Manseibashi crossing (EDION AKIBA / Laox Akihabara Main Store). Skip the electronics floors: take the elevator from the Laox-side entrance to 5F, which is the Toreca Mall floor, and the shop is one of the booths on it.

Tips

• It concentrates on Pokemon cards: PSA graded cards, sealed boxes, singles and shop-only oripa packs.
• The 5F Toreca Mall floor opened on 14 March 2026 at 111 tsubo, with the HAO Akihabara crane-game corner and a battle space on the same floor.
• There is no official website, so restock news and same-day opening notices appear only on X (@Quest_TCG_AKIBA).
