The official Q&A gives Mon/Thu/Fri 17:00-22:00, Sat/Sun/holidays 15:00-20:00, closed Tue and Wed; the site's top page only says 'weekdays 17-22' and hides the Tue/Wed closure. Last order is one hour before closing, hours are sometimes shortened, and changes are posted on X (@hi_monsterparty).

How to find it
From Tokyo Metro Ginza Line Suehirocho exit 4, walk north along Chuo-dori toward Ueno, turn left at the first signalled crossing and right at the second; the building is about 60 m along on the right. The burger shop on the ground floor is the landmark and a sandwich board stands at the entrance while the cafe is open. Kokusai 6163 Building, room 401 on 4F — 20 minutes on foot from JR Akihabara, 5 minutes from Yushima on the Chiyoda Line.
Tips
- Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays; Mon/Thu/Fri 17:00-22:00, Sat/Sun/holidays 15:00-20:00, last order one hour before closing.
- A 1,000 yen entry fee covers 90 minutes; after that you have to add one more order every 60 minutes.
- No alcohol is served. It is tiny - three low tables, three high tables and a single counter seat - so it fills up fast.
- The owner makes the sofubi (soft-vinyl) monster figures sold in the shop corner, and two-shot cheki photos are available.
- Photos of the room and of the cast are allowed, but tripods and flash rigs are not during business hours. Free Wi-Fi; ask the cast for the password.
- The shop opened in Sotokanda in 2018, moved to Asakusa in 2022 and later returned to Akihabara on the Okachimachi side, so older listings still carry the previous address.
