How to find it
In a basement in the Taito-ku Akihabara 3-11 block east of Showa-dori, about five minutes from JR Akihabara's Central Exit and five from Suehirocho on the Ginza line. Homes surround the venue, so the queue only forms 30 minutes before doors.
Tips
- Every guest's ID is checked at the door. Bring a physical photo ID such as a passport or driving licence - electronic IDs are not accepted.
- Late-night events do not admit anyone under 20; age and time rules vary by event, so check the event page.
- The door charge is cash only; advance tickets are sold online through LivePocket.
- Capacity is about 150, coin lockers cost 300 yen, the cloakroom 500 yen, drinks and food start at 600 yen, and the venue is entirely non-smoking.
- Some events are streamed free on Twitch (twitch.tv/mogra).
- Open since 2009, it is the home of the anison DJ scene, with the long-running Anime Night party as its signature event.
