How to find it
One minute from Ginza-line Suehirocho and six from JR Akihabara, on the back street west of Chuo-dori in the Sotokanda 3-7 block: AKIHABARA CROSS, a small three-storey building next to Isamiya Building 8. Day-to-day trading is on the street-level 1F.
Tips
- Opening hours change from day to day; the shop posts that day's hours on X (@mazeroomcafe) with an 'we're open' notice, so check before going.
- It was renovated in July 2026, with a pre-opening on 10-15 July and the grand opening on 23 July; the interior, menu and uniforms were all renewed and the official website is still being prepared.
- The cast are working live idols and trainees, so the atmosphere depends on who is on shift; there is omurice drawing and karaoke.
- The old official site (mazeroom.net, now expired) listed cash plus VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX and Diners cards and PayPay, Suica, PASMO, QUICPay, nanaco, WAON, Edy and iD e-money; worth re-checking after the 2026 renovation.
- It moved here from its old premises in Sotokanda 1-5 (Suehatsu Building) in September 2019, and some maps and directories still carry the old address.
