How to find it
One minute from Suehirocho on the Tokyo Metro Ginza line and six minutes from JR Akihabara. It is on 4F of the nine-storey Sumiyoshi Building facing Chuo-dori; take the lift from the ground-floor entrance. Maidreamin's main store is on 6F and Chiyoda Rail Center on 7F, so check the floor sign.
Tips
- A long-running maid cafe that held its 14th-anniversary event in November 2019, so it dates from 2005; the maids are given no character personas and the layout is built around counter seats for conversation.
- The official price page (updated 2023-08-18) lists 1,600 yen for a first 60-minute visit and 1,800 yen afterwards, covering the seat, one drink and a mini-game with a maid; on weekdays there are also 90-minute sets at 2,100 / 2,400 yen.
- Women and couples pay 1,600 yen at any time, and a maid dress can be borrowed free of charge for photos taken inside the shop with your own camera.
- The Caferun concafe directory lists VISA and Mastercard plus PayPay, no reservations, no private hire, no groups, and a fully non-smoking room.
- There are 34 seats (18 at tables, 16 at the counter). It opens at 17:00 on weekdays, so it is shut during the day, and opening times change often, so check the official X account before going.
