How to find it
On the east side of Chuo-dori, in the low floors of the nine-storey Ogiso Building between Surugaya's game store and Trader's main store. It faces Liberty Store 1 almost directly across Chuo-dori.
Tips
- The official guide bills this branch as the Ichiban Kuji outlet and says new lots arrive weekly here, though the chain lists Ichiban Kuji as sold at every Liberty branch.
- It is tax-free like the rest of the chain: original passport, 5,500 yen or more (tax included) in this branch.
- The floor is not published officially - look for the Liberty signage on the lower floors of the building.
