How to find it
On the west side of Chuo-dori, in the Keiko Building (恵光ビル) right beside the Shin-Suehiro Building that houses Retro Game Camp. The shop is one floor down in the basement, not at street level. Three minutes from Suehirocho Station Exit 3, six from the JR Akihabara Electric Town Exit.
Tips
- All Liberty branches are tax-free: show your original passport and spend 5,500 yen or more (tax included) in one branch, and the 10% consumption tax comes off at the register.
- Credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners, Discover, UnionPay), Apple Pay and Google Pay, Suica and PASMO, and PayPay, WeChat Pay and Alipay are all accepted.
- The chain's buyback site lists this branch as '千住ビル 1階', but the official visitor page and the building itself say Keiko Building B1.
