How to find it
The official access page gives about two minutes from Ginza-line Suehirocho, eight from JR Akihabara and five from JR Okachimachi. The address is Ueno 3-chome in Taito ward, but the shop bills itself as an Akihabara model shop. Street level of the JTT Building; there is no shop car park.
Tips
- The official site does not publish opening hours; check the shop's X account (@leonardolg_) or ring 03-6803-2047 before travelling.
- Stock is vehicle-focused - aircraft, AFVs, ships, cars and motorbikes - with a deep shelf of out-of-print reference books and back-issue modelling magazines.
- All in-store prices are shown tax-included.
- Buyback is taken over the counter from a single kit, with the last acceptance one hour before closing; photo ID is required and under-18s need a guardian's written consent. Model railways (N and HO gauge) are not bought.
- The second branch, Leonardo LG2, closed on 2025-11-19; only this main shop remains.
