How to find it

From the west sidewalk of Chuo-dori, take the narrow lane between GiGO Akihabara 3 and the Hirose building (HEY arcade, Melonbooks) and walk west about 60 m to where it ends in a T-junction. On the right-hand (north) corner, the Okajima Building with the green KOTOBUKIYA sign and the OKAJIMA nameplate holds the store on 1F–5F; the entrance faces the back street. Super Potato is 30 m further north on the same street.

Tips

• Each floor is a different lineup: 1F licensed goods, 2F Kotobukiya's own kits and figures, 3F–4F VTuber official shops — pick your floor before you go up
• 5F Kotobukiya Base Akiba admits visitors only while a pop-up or event is running; schedules are on the official page's event tab
• Credit cards, transit IC cards and QR payments such as PayPay are accepted; purchases over 30,000 yen ship free within Japan (changed 1 July 2025). Tax-free service is not stated officially — ask at the register
• The store closes all day three or four times a year for stocktaking or staff training (29 May, 30 Jun and 15 Jul in 2026); check the shop news list before visiting
