The operator's own site gives the Akihabara branch as 11:00-19:00 with a last intake at 18:45, open all year except the New Year period, and the shop's X has posted '18:45 buying and payouts end / 19:00 close'. Its X profile, however, summarises the hours as 11:00-18:45 with buyback reception 12:30-18:45, so treat 18:45 as the real cut-off for selling.

How to find it

One to two minutes south of the JR Electric Town Exit along Chuo-dori, in the blue building on the Manseibashi crossing (EDION AKIBA / Laox Akihabara Main Store). Ride the Laox-side elevator to 5F; the counter sits inside the Toreca Mall floor.

Tips

• Buyback is by prior booking: register on the operator's site and file a request before you come, then bring photo ID with the cards.
• Buying and payouts stop at 18:45 and the shop closes at 19:00, so arriving just before closing is too late to sell.
• It advertises strengthened buying of PSA-graded Pokemon cards and sealed boxes, and says payouts are made entirely in cash.
• The operator is Toban Shoji; the Akihabara branch takes walk-in buying only (no mail-in), while the head office in Setagaya and a Kawasaki branch handle the rest.
