Both the Radio Center site and the Akihabara TCG directory give 10:00-19:00, open year-round. Some buyback comparison sites list an 18:30 close, so do not leave it to the last minute.

How to find it
Go straight out of JR Akihabara's Electric Town Exit into Akihabara Radio Center, the arcade under the viaduct. Kabe no Mise is one ground-floor unit among the narrow lanes of radio-parts stalls.
Tips
- The core stock is play-use singles - mainly Re Birth for you and Yu-Gi-Oh! Rush Duel - with oripa packs for Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG, Magic and Pokemon.
- There is no duel space, no tournament schedule and no buyback counter; go elsewhere if you want to play on site.
- Other branches of the same brand - Kabe no Mise Chijo 2 and Kabe no Mise 2 - are nearby by the station and easy to confuse with this one.
- It is a trading card shop, not a capsule-toy shop - look elsewhere for gachapon.
