The official Access page states 17:00-25:00 every day, i.e. a 01:00 close the next morning; the table caps it at 24:00. The same page says 年中無休, so there is no regular closing day.

How to find it
Two to three minutes south of Suehirocho Station Exit 3 (Ginza Line) along the west pavement of Chuo-dori, or five minutes north of the JR Akihabara Electric Town Exit - the shop's own page also says five minutes from Akihabara Station. Go in by the door on the side of Senju Building 7 (older listings call it 恵光ビル / Keiko Building) rather than the Chuo-dori frontage, and take the stairs down to B1F. Liberty No.1 shares the basement level, and Retro Game Camp in the Shin-Suehiro Building next door is the landmark.
Tips
- The charge is per 40 minutes with all-you-can-drink: 3,000 yen at the counter and 4,000 yen on a sofa seat, with extensions at the same rate; naming a cast member costs 1,000 yen.
- The official System&Menu page states that entry is limited to ages 18 and over, so carry photo ID.
- It opens at 17:00 every day and runs to 01:00 the next morning (written 25:00), with no regular closing day; it is shut during the daytime.
- It is one of seven shops in the Kimikano group and the same brand also has an Osaka Namba branch. No payment methods are stated on the official pages, so bring cash to be safe.
