How to find it
Three minutes from JR Akihabara's Electric Town Exit, on Chuo-dori beside Onoden and the Mouse Computer shop: floors 2F-5F of the Mikasa Building. It moved from 8F of the Takarada Chuo-dori Building, so older maps and apps still point to the wrong place.
