HAO publishes no hours of its own; instead its X account (@HAO_akihabara) posts a daily 'staffed hours' notice that usually starts between 12:00 and 14:00 and runs to 19:00, so come in the afternoon if you need a member of staff.
One to two minutes south of the JR Electric Town Exit along Chuo-dori, in the blue building on the Manseibashi crossing (EDION AKIBA / Laox Akihabara Main Store). Take the Laox-side elevator to 5F and the game corner is straight ahead as you step out, with the Toreca Mall card shops behind it.
