How to find it

Leave the JR Akihabara Electric Town ticket gate and turn left (Atre is straight ahead), then step out of the station past the GiGO Akihabara 4 arcade and turn right. Walk straight with Radio Kaikan on your left and Atre on your right; Gamers is the building with the large signboard opposite the Espas Nittaku pachinko hall. Enter through the 1F bookshop and take the lift or stairs up; Card Labo is on B1F.

Tips

  • The 2F Ensemble Stars!! Store switches to advance entry reservation (by lottery) on days it expects crowds - check X @ensemble_store before you go.
  • The 6F event space admits visitors only during events.
  • Floor hours differ: on weekdays go up between 11:00 and 21:00 for 3F-7F; only 1F stays open until 22:00.
  • Credit cards, transit IC, PayPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and book cards are accepted, but pre-order deposits are cash only. The official page lists no tax-free service, so ask at the register.
