How to find it
Five minutes west of the JR Akihabara Electric Town exit, on the ground floor of the seven-storey Akiba Asobikan building at Sotokanda 1-6-3. Each floor of the building holds a different concept cafe; Frapeko is the street-level one, so no stairs are involved.
Tips
- Only nine counter seats, and the shop does not take reservations or private bookings.
- The system is a 500 yen charge per 30 minutes plus one order (a drink or similar).
- There is no official website. The shop's own Instagram profile says '15:00-22:00, open year-round', but the concafe directories variously give a 22:00, 23:00 or 24:00 close, so the hours are not settled; check X (@frapeco_akiba) or Instagram before going.
- Credit cards are listed as accepted.
