The shop floors run 11:00-21:00 year-round (Sundays to 20:00). The B1F buyback counter takes items 11:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00 (to 17:00 on Sundays) and is closed every Thursday.

How to find it
Two to three minutes from the JR Akihabara Electric Town exit, on the back street one block west of Chuo-dori. The shop is the whole Towa Building, just north of the Kitabayashi Building that houses Super Potato; floors run from B1F up to 5F by stairs or elevator.
Tips
- hololive is on 2F and 3F, other agencies (Nijisanji, VSpo, Aogiri) on 4F, so pick the floor by agency.
- Buyback happens only at the B1F counter and is closed on Thursdays; the sales floors stay open that day.
- Buyback reception splits into 11:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00, with nothing accepted over the lunch break.
- 5F is an event and pop-up space rather than a permanent shop floor, so it is open only during a run.
