How to find it
One minute from the JR Akihabara Electric Town exit toward Chuo-dori, in the basement of the Takarada Chuo-dori Building, whose 2F and 3F are Maidreamin branches; take the stairs down at the side of the building. The shop moved here from its original 2022 location near Junk-dori.
Tips
- The owner is Hanjou, a Splatoon pro player and YouTuber, and the shop simply carries his name.
- Selling is done only through the online shop; the physical basement store is for buyback and for collecting online orders. There is no duel space.
- The official site only gives pickup times as 'in principle 13:00-19:00, except Tuesday, the shop's closing day'. The X account (@cardshophanjou) states general buyback reception of 14:00-19:00 and that walk-in buyback is currently suspended because of a backlog of bookings, so check before going.
- The stock is mostly Pokemon and One Piece cards, with the shop's own oripa packs and PSA-graded items.
- In-store pickup of online orders runs for seven days after the dispatch email, needs photo ID, and cannot be paid for at the counter.
