How to find it
Third floor of the six-storey Asano Building on the west side of Chuo-dori, immediately north of the APA Hotel. The next building north is the Kogure Suehiro Building, so check the 3-15-7 address. The shop's own site says it removed its map because the street changes too fast.
Tips
- Closed on Tuesdays; when the Tuesday is a public holiday it stays open and closes the following Wednesday.
- Stock is replica blades (display and iaido practice swords), DENIX non-firing sword and gun models, bokken, shuriken, sword canes and iron fans - no live blades.
- JCB, AMEX, VISA, Mastercard and Diners Club are accepted, but in-store only.
- The shop is run by a very small team and often cannot answer the phone; its own site asks you to email instead.
