How to find it
Ground level of SEEKBASE building 3 (the address writes it as 3区画), the strip under the JR viaduct north of Akihabara station. From the Electric Town exit follow the tracks north past Chabara and the 'SEEKBASE The Tools' (building 1) signs; building 3 is the arch section facing Kanda Fire Station across the street. Japan Post's SOZO BOX shares building 3, and UNDER RAILWAY HOTEL (building 5) is the next section north.
Tips
- Closed Wednesdays. Opening time differs by day: 12:00 on weekdays, 11:00 on Sat/Sun/holidays.
- The old basement store at Sotokanda 3-9-8 (Nakaei Bldg B1F) closed in May 2026 for demolition; OSM, Google Maps and older blogs still show that address, so do not follow it.
- A buyback counter handles arcade PCBs, retro PCs and consoles; for bulk lots or cabinets, use the buyback inquiry form on the official site first.
- The shop has a display of 1980s-90s digital gadgets and a dagashi-style retro game corner. Sales of limited or rare items are announced on the official X account (@BEEP_akihabara).
