How to find it
The Mitsuwa Building (ミツワビル) on the back street one block west of Chuo-dori, the building immediately north of Super Potato (Sotokanda 1-11-2), about 3 minutes from the Electric Town exit. Go in at the ground-floor entrance, take the stairs up to whichever of floors 3F-7F you want, then register at the entry machine (エントリー機) by that shop's door and queue. The rulebook allows queuing on a shop's stairs, and entering the building grounds at all, only from 15 minutes before opening.
Tips
- The bill is admission fee plus menu. Admission is 850 yen for adults (23-59), 600 yen for ages 19-22 and 60+, 400 yen for 13-18, free for 12 and under, and everyone must order at least one drink, so an adult visit starts at 1,570 yen. A stay is basically one hour, with no extra charge if it runs longer because the cafe is busy.
- No reservation is needed, but everyone must "entry" (register in the queue). The free app takes entries from 1 hour before opening; the entry machine by a shop's door takes them from 15 minutes before. Once called you have 15 minutes to check in, extendable to 30 via the app or the call-status page. It is quietest from opening until around noon and from 19:00 to 21:00.
- You may photograph the room only if no maid is in frame, and ask a maid before photographing your food. All video and audio recording is banned. A photo together with a maid is only possible via the paid cheki (instant photo) or a combo course that includes one.
- Floors 3F-7F are separate shops with different maids and interiors but the same services and menu. The at-PASS (あっとパス) reservation service books the building, not a specific floor. Cash, credit cards and QR payments (PayPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, au PAY, d Payment, Rakuten Pay) are accepted, but you cannot split one bill across two methods, and electronic money (QUICPay, iD, transit IC) ends in October 2026.
