How to find it
Five minutes from the JR Akihabara Electric Town Exit. On the back street one block west of Chuo-dori, about 50 m north of AKIBA Cultures Zone: the Akibaoo Zero discount store building, 3F. Go up past the 1F and 2F shops.
Tips
- Closed every Wednesday, except when that Wednesday is a public holiday.
- Most Akibaoo branches open at 11:00 on weekdays; No.3 alone opens at 12:00.
- 1F of the same building sells blank media (CD-R, DVD-R) and 2F sells new and used cameras, so the doujin shop is three floors up.
- The official page describes it as a bright, all-ages shop that families and junior-high students can walk into; no adult section is advertised.
- For doujin music CDs and cosplay photobooks the official page points to sister store No.4 (Sotokanda 1-8-10, Bauhaus B1F).
