Building hours

The building keeps no common hours; every tenant opens on its own. Hard Off Akihabara Store 1 on B1F-3F runs 11:00-20:00 daily and D.D.R AKIBA on 5F runs 12:00-20:00 daily. The ground-floor shops each start at a different time, and 4F and 6F are leased offices with nothing for visitors. The lift is available around the clock, but there are a few steps up to it.

Getting there

Four minutes from the JR Akihabara Electric Town Exit, two to three from Ginza-line Suehirocho exit 3. From Chuo-dori go round the back of the Sumitomo Fudosan Akihabara Building (Bellesalle Akihabara) into the lane known as Junk Street; the eight-storey black Mandarake Complex stands on it and the Rock Building is immediately north of it. Hard Off's yellow signage covers the frontage from B1F to 3F, and the street level holds the used-PC shop GENO QCPASS on the right at the back; the card shop GOLD DECK that stood at the front closed in June 2024. For the upper floors go inside, up a few steps, and take the lift. The similarly named Lock 2 Building (Dospara on 1F) stands beside it under the same 3-11-2 address, so check the sign.
