Building hours

There are no building-wide hours. Jan-gle Akihabara No.3 on 1F opens 12:00-20:00 every day, while VALUABLE CARD TOKYO runs each floor on its own clock: 2F, mostly Pokemon, 12:00-21:00, and 4F, mostly Yu-Gi-Oh!, 13:00-21:00, with buybacks taken on 4F between 13:00 and 20:00. The only sales floors the shop advertises to customers are 2F and 4F. Once 1F shuts at 20:00, the card floors are the only thing open for the last hour. There is no lift, and everything above 1F is reached by stairs.

Getting there

Four to five minutes from the JR Akihabara Electric Town Exit. Take the back lane one block west of Chuo-dori; facing TSUKUMO's PC main store is a small five-storey block with a cream facade whose street frontage is the used PC and mobile shop Jan-gle Akihabara No.3. The Akiba Star Building next door to the east, with Hinoya Curry on its ground floor, is easily mistaken for it, so use the Jan-gle sign as your marker. The card shops above are reached by the stairs in the narrow doorway beside the ground-floor unit; there is no lift. Some maps still label it by its former name, the Yasukawa Building.
