Building hours

There is no building-wide opening time; it differs by floor and by room. The 1967 shop-and-office block gives office tenants 24-hour access, but the shops generally open between 12:00 and 13:00 and shut around 20:00. Toreca Raftel (B1F) runs 13:00-20:00 on weekdays and 12:00-20:00 at weekends; Toreca Days (5F) 13:00-19:00 with irregular closing days; and Toreca Break (6F) 13:00-20:00 on weekdays and 12:00-20:00 at weekends, closed on Wednesdays. Toreca Ball (2F) runs 13:00-20:00 on weekdays and 12:00-20:00 at weekends and holidays, while Card Shop Lotus (1F) takes buybacks from 14:00 to 21:00 and stays open latest of anything in the building. Kanda Soubi on 4F opens only at weekends and by reservation. Come in the morning and almost everything is shut.

Getting there

Turn left out of the JR Akihabara Electric Town Exit (電気街口) and walk one minute south toward the Kanda River. It is the long, low building pressed against the Yamanote and Sobu line tracks, immediately left of the Isomaru Suisan izakaya; its whole street wall is covered in tenant signboards and is visible from the station platform. Walk in under the signs — the lift is at the back, and stairs lead down to the B1F stalls. Tsukuba Express exit A1 is 2 minutes away, Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line Akihabara 3 minutes.
