Building hours

No building-wide hours. Liberty Store 5 on 1F-2F runs 11:00-20:30 every day of the year (1F second-hand anime figures and goods, 2F a gachapon and kuji-gacha floor); Card Shop Issei on 5F opens 14:00-19:00 on weekdays and 12:00-20:00 at weekends, the shortest weekday hours in the building; Toreka no Bankoku on 6F runs 13:00-20:00 Mon-Fri and 12:00-20:00 at weekends with no closing day; and Vault Coffee on 3F, 11:00-23:00 daily, stays open latest. 4F and everything from 7F up are rental office floors with no public hours, so before early afternoon on a weekday only 1F-2F and the cafe are really open.

Getting there

Two minutes south from Tokyo Metro Ginza Line Suehirocho along the east pavement of Chuo-dori, or five minutes north from the JR Akihabara Electric Town Exit (電気街口). It is the nine-storey building right on Chuo-dori, marked by the row of gachapon machines on the pavement outside and the Liberty sign. 1F and 2F are entered straight from the street; for Card Shop Issei on 5F and the floors above, use the entrance on the right-hand side of the shop and take the elevator. The four-storey KHK Building attached to the north (Surugaya Anime & Hobby) carries the same 4-5-1 address but is a separate building.
