Building hours

No building-wide hours. Liberty Store 2 on B1F-2F and Liberty Store 6 on 3F-4F both run 11:00-20:30 every day of the year and work as one continuous shop. Card Bank on 7F opens 14:00-20:00 Mon-Thu and 11:00-20:00 Fri-Sun and holidays, so on a weekday morning only the Liberty floors are open. 5F, 6F and 8F are rental office floors with no public hours.

Getting there

One minute from the JR Akihabara Electric Town Exit (電気街口). Leave the gates and walk west toward Radio Kaikan: it is the eight-storey building just past the Akihabara B&V Building (Karaoke-kan) and immediately in front of - on the station side of - Surugaya Akihabara Ekimae. It faces the Akihabara-eki-minami crossing beside the JR tracks, with Manseibashi police station across the road. The Liberty sign on the ground floor is the marker: B1F to 4F are the Liberty shops (Stores 2 and 6), while Card Bank on 7F and the other upper floors are reached from the building's own entrance beside the shop, using its single elevator.
