Building hours
There is no building-wide opening time. On the ground floor the surviving electronic-parts wholesalers run roughly 10:00–19:00 and many close on Sundays and holidays, while the newer trading-card and figure shops stay open later: Card Kingdom Akihabara No.2 13:00–21:00 and, on 2F, Akiba Isekai Maid 12:00–22:00 (last order 21:30). 3F and 4F are offices and visitors do not go up there.
Getting there
Turn left as you leave the JR Akihabara Electric Town Exit (電気街口) — 30 seconds. Of the three low buildings packed against the Sobu line viaduct, Denpa Kaikan is the one on the Chuo-dori side, the northernmost; Radio Center is the block behind it. The ground floor is a narrow lane with two rows of small parts and trading-card counters, and the stairs up to the 2F maid cafe are inside that lane. Tokyo Metro Ginza Line Suehirocho is 8 minutes away.
